BISHOPSTON, BRISTOL
Another site bought in an auction by our company Lighthouse Constructions. This site had 15 derelict garages that have already been demolished. Asbestos roof were safely removed and disposed of.
A long negotiation with Wessex Water regarding some drain pipes delayed to commencing of the works by almost 6 months
Lockdown has made progress quite difficult, however we did work every day while keeping a safe distance.

COMPTON MARTIN, CHEW VALLEY
This house with the most unbelievable view over both Chew Valley and Blagdon lake was in need of a complete makeover and extension.
An green oak timber frame kitchen extension added some character that this modern house really needed. An open plan kitchen-living space was agreed and now the place looks incredible!
Underfloor heating and a hand made kitchen together with the new oak frame extension became the heart of this family home.
